Awards under Approved and Unapproved share option schemes
Park (AIM: PKG.L), the UK's leading gift voucher and prepaid gift card provider, today announces that it has made an award to certain Executive Directors and senior employees under the approved executive share option plan (AESOS) and the unapproved share option scheme (UESOS).
The number of shares to be issued under these awards total 1,117,592 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These comprise 592,592 shares at a subscription price of 20.25p (AESOS) and 525,000 shares at a subscription price of 29.0p (UESOS).

The Company has also today been notified that Mr M Stewart has transferred 148,148 ordinary shares of 2 pence in Park Group plc into the name of his wife Paula Christine Stewart for nil consideration and that Mr G Woods has transferred 148,148 ordinary shares of 2 pence in Park Group plc into the name of his wife Lesley Woods for nil consideration
Following these awards, the Executive Directors set out below will have beneficial interests in the Company amounting to:

Accordingly, application has been made for 1,117,592 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 27 August 2013.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will be 178,870,067 Ordinary Shares. This figure of 178,870,067 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
